@taylorotwell I'd say we had way too many definitions of a good code. An example from past job: a reviewer complained about too many variables and wanted me to inline them. I did it. Next reviewer complained that 3-4 nested function calls were unreadable and that I should inline them 😁

@markkaplan20 Mark what do you think of adding macadamia and pecans to Tier 4? Macadamia has the best MUFA to PUFA ratio of all nuts. Both around 70% fat. Both have low susceptibility to herbicides, pesticides and insecticides.

The grass grows on meadows whether cow eats it or not. It existed before cows appeared on this planet. The rain also falls so that grass can grow, with or without cows. Also existed before cows. Some cows are occasionally fed with some grains, yes. No way it'd take 90000 m² per cow.
