Everytime I cook something (cookies, bread, potatotes, vegetables, cakes, ANYTHING that's not in a liquid) in my oven, it ends up burnt on the bottom. Anybody has any tips to avoid that? (Maybe papa @NicolasVerge ?)

@KLODmonan @NicolasVerge N'importe quelle grille, en haut de toute, milieu. WHATEVER. Generalement sur une plaque a biscuit avec du papier parchemin ou alluminium. Rarement graissé. Ca arrive aussi dans des plats / pots
