A weird regulatory footprint at $WVE: NCT05683860 (terminated WVE-004 ALS trial from 2023) sat with an unresolved NIH/PRS "Quality Control Review Has Not Concluded" flag for 14 months after bouncing on 2025-04-21. $WVE Paul Bolno at Cantor conference, quick summary: - confirmed that the FDA AA feedback they received for AATD wve-006 is similar or better to what BEAM had. PR after written feedback arrives - wve-007 combo with incretins - starting "imminently" - wve-007 mono - enrollment progressing nicely, decision on 3m data cut sharing will be made in the coming months. The study is designed to evaluate a large set of endpoints that will guide wve-007 development in diverse set of indications. Seedhouse made a point that after recent CVOT failures INHBE becomes more interesting in CVD and Bolno agreed, but WVE is not the one to run something like that - obesity patient groups pushing FDA for having clarity on body composition endpoints, WVE also have a meeting with the FDA on that later this year - R&D day in the fall - hinting that RNA editing protein upregulation will be presented I'm wondering what the targets are), also more details on bifunctional constructs (silencing+ editing)

$BEAM Efficacy is decent but not mind breaking and plateauing, grade 3 liver AE in patients who are having liver issues at the baseline. LNP is LNP, no magic here. $WVE is the safest among AATD clinical assets now

Have the sell side assigned any value to their LP(a) program up until this weekend? I think they did. The probability of this program going into phase 3 is super low now, so the models have to be adjusted to remove this part of the valuation. So, why shouldn't SLN go down then?
