Totally understand the point you’re making, and we’re more than happy to own it and improve where we’ve gotten something wrong. We genuinely appreciate the feedback. But we’ve itemised every feature shown in that video and explained exactly where each one exists in the platform. So could you please clarify specifically which feature you believe is fake or unavailable? If there’s something we’ve shown that you genuinely can’t do in Fastlane, we’ll happily acknowledge it, own it and address it. We just need some clarity on what that is. If not, regardless, we genuinely appreciate you voicing your concerns. Feedback like this will definitely help inform how we position the product and tell the Fastlane story going forward. We know there’s always room to improve, both in the product itself and in how we communicate what it does. Also saw from your bio that you have a lot of experience with TikTok ads. Would genuinely be keen to jump on a call and connect if you had any spare time! I’m sure there’s plenty we could learn from your experience / perspective, including ways we could make Fastlane better for people running paid social!
