@KhenElazar @FinancialEduX @tickerplus לא כדי להתווכח, אבל גם רוב ההכנסות בענן הן לפי שימוש. כמעט בכל העננים ובכל המוצרים רואים צמיחה קבועה ומרשימה. לקוחות נוטים להישאר, לא כי הם רוצים או אוהבים אותך אלא כי זה מספק להם תועלת משמעותית. בלי להיכנס לדיון על חברות ה AI השונות - קשה מאוד לחזור אחורה לשיטות העבודה של פעם

@gemanor אני אוסיף עוד פרמטר - בסטארט-אפים (הטובים לפחות), תמצאו אנשים מעולים והנהלה אמיצה. קורפורייט זה מעולה, ולהרבה אנשים תוחלת הערך בקורפ גבוהה מאוד - אבל לא מעט אנשים נהיים קצת מתוסכלים מהיכולת לדחוף שינויים משמעותיים (יש גם מקרים של אזורים בקורפ שזזים מאוד מהר, אבל הם נדירים)
@hasolidit קשה לי לדמיין דרך מהירה יותר לרסק את הכלכלה הישראלית. כמעט כל מי שבידיו אפילו מעט נכסים / הון ויש לו כישורים מבוקשים - ימצא את דרכו לעזוב תוך שנים בודדות. גם ככה החיים בישראל לא פשוטים ולמרות הרבה ציונות - זו ״שבירת חוזה״ קיצונית שתוביל לנטישה של הייטקיסטים, אקדמאים ורופאים. חבל.

@SchwartzTichon הבעיה היא לא אמקס אלא תשלובת ישראכארט ככה"נ שהם המתפעלים/נציגים. היו לי המון חוויות רעות בשתיהן, מלא עסקאות שסורבו כשמעולם לא הייתה בעיה בחשבון. אפילו ניסיתי לתפוס מישהו בכיר בישראכארט כדי להסביר להם כמה שמעצבן להיות לקוח שלהם אבל אין עם מי לדבר. עברתי לכאל ומאז החיים שלי דבש.

@giladmp בדירה האחרונה ששכרנו, היה סעיף שאמר שכל תיקון בעלות של עד 400 ש"ח (ועד לסכום מצטבר של 2500 ש"ח בשנה) - יהיה על חשבוננו. הדירה שופצה שנים בודדות לפני שנכנסנו, אבל הבניין לא היה חדש. זה עלה 1500 בערך במצטבר אבל הפחית חיכוכים בינינו לאפס ומחיר השכירות כמעט ולא עלה לאורך 5 שנים...
