@SinaTweet @Martin_Paulo @sorrisonz @russellsim @mage0r @glennmoloney @niqgeee @DrStevenManos @AARNet @it_is_sean Will, Mike, Robin, George & the datacentre team who literally had to build and fit out a new datacentre as well as dealing with the hundreds of rackings. That we never had to worry about a thing, for a decade, speaks to the level of your professionalism.

@SinaTweet @Martin_Paulo @sorrisonz @russellsim @mage0r @glennmoloney @niqgeee @DrStevenManos @AARNet Special kudos to @it_is_sean , who came in and saved us at the last minute with his superior sysadmin skills, despite never having touched OpenStack before. Also, Mark Munro. What that man managed to wrangle out of the network-policy confluence is a miracle in its own right.

@scheeinfo @bhomnick @slawa_dev To make it even easier for the software developers out there to be inclusive of all forms of Taiwan ID, we provide copy/pastable code in various programming languages. identity.tw

@scheeinfo @bhomnick , @slawa_dev and I have been keeping track of places that don't accept all IDs: identity.tw/#transparency-… . To date, we've not found a single instance where the new format ID improved the situation.

Taiwan's Digital Minister, @audreyt , is as amazing in person as on TV :) Within a minute of being passed a github link, she had submitted a bug fix to our project. The moment was captured on video (5:39) youtube.com/watch?v=oUUxVe… #achievementunlocked #radicaltransparency #Taiwan

Hi, @KP_Taipei , did you know that after December 1st, foreign residents of Taipei are no longer able to register for YouBike? According to Youbike support, the DoT made a conscious decision to restrict access. #Taipei

@musingvirtual I recommend @ErinMeyerINSEAD's book, "The Culture Map" erinmeyer.com/book/ . It's an incredibly practical resource for building culturally inclusive environments. You may find some excerpts on @HarvardBiz .

On TV yesterday promoting a new visa for #Taiwan. I think it's a phenomenally innovative program - meet the reqs, apply online, don't need sponsorship, just move here and start working. Here's the video: youtube.com/watch?v=dGy5VZ… Thanks @CNAVideo, @NdcTaiwan
