Final #TimerTuesday tip of the month: The best timer is the one EVERYONE can see, that turns RED before it matters, and that you didn't have to install. ⏱️🔴
A teacher's review that stuck with me: 'My students stopped asking how much time was left. I got 10 minutes of my class back. Every. Single. Period.' ⏳🎓
Subtitle/lower-third tip: You can show more than a number. Put the speaker's name, the next cue, or a message on the display.
Your display tab = your canvas.
Building TimedFlow in public taught me one thing:
Nobody asks for a 'timer app.'
They ask for 'please make the speaker stop talking.' 😂
We just made the tool that does it politely.
The cheapest upgrade to any meeting, talk, or class:
Make the time VISIBLE to everyone in the room.
Not just to the speaker. Not just to you.
Everyone.
When the whole room can see the clock, the whole room helps you finish on time.
4 weeks of people asking 'is it really free?' 😄
Yes. TimedFlow is free.
No subscription. No feature wall. No "upgrade to remove ads" because there are no ads.
Just open it. Use it. That's it.

Meeting timer tip for managers 🏢 #TimerTuesday
Don't timebox the meeting.
Timebox each AGENDA ITEM.
Agenda item gets 5 min? Set 5 min in TimedFlow.
When it hits zero, move on.
You'll get through more in 45 min than most teams do in 90.
Tiny UX thing we're proud of:
The browser TAB TITLE shows your remaining time.
So even when TimedFlow isn't your active window, you can glance at the tab and see: "2:47 — TimedFlow"
No alt-tab. No interruption. Just a glance. ⏱️
'We run our entire Sunday service run-of-show in TimedFlow now. The worship team, the preachers, the announcements — everyone knows how much time they have. Visitors keep commenting that our services always end on time.' ⛪
That's the goal.
If you manage a stage, you need a 'confidence monitor.'
Old way: Separate hardware, cable runs, trained operator.
New way: Open timedflow.com on any laptop or tablet.
Face it toward the speaker. Done.
It's a browser tab now.
Wedding planners, steal this:
Toasts ALWAYS run long. Always.
Fix: Put a TimedFlow countdown on a tablet near the toaster.
Facing THEM, not the audience.
3 minutes on the clock. They can see it. They wrap up.
Uncle Dave gets the hint. Aunt Carol does not. But you tried.
What people use TimedFlow for surprised us [build-in-public]
We expected: event planners, AV techs
We also got: debate clubs, escape room operators, podcast studios, board game tournaments
If you need a shared visible countdown — it works.
What's your weirdest use case?
