@SalisburyReds @SalisburyReds Is it possible to get a refund for my daughters journey, which lasted 100m, before driver asked all passengers to get off as bus had air leak? £3.96 down the pan... Service X5 07:19 to Amesbury Thurs 6 Jan

@SalisburyReds sadly another failed journey on the X5 7:19 pewsey to salisbury today, trip lasted about 100m before driver asked my daughter and other passengers to vacate the bus. How do we get a refund for the fare?

@SalisburyReds sadly another failed journey on the X5 7:19am Pewsey to Salisbury 6/1/22, trip lasted about 100m before driver asked my daughter and other passengers to vacate the bus because it had an air leak. How do I get a refund for her fare?

@SalisburyReds Is there a number I can call to get information on the X5 service if it is late again, so I can reassure my daughter whether the bus is coming or not, and if so, in time to get the coach to Sparsholt College from Amesbury. She has autism so gets very stressed at any variation.

@SalisburyReds did the X5 07:19 Pewsey to Amesbury turn up today? We gave up and went home @ 7:35. Couldn't see anything on tracking or servicestatus through the app. Is there a way of getting info?
