@UtxoSaint @astroboysoup @blockjock2017 @eternlwallet The software also serves the community, having good infra and UI is more important for the community. We have loads of open source garbage here we spent millions on that nobody ever uses, Eternl actually has lots of users and serves a purpose.

I am not trying to be super unfriendly here, BUT i HAVE to. 1. Yo YUTA, how about stop tagging me, told you a couple of times. I do not need a babysitter - I vote and upgrade how and WHEN i want. 2. You are not even close to be in the position to create "social pressure" on people and remind them what to do: You were the one who constantly changed your vote, even at the last minute, despite having close to 500 million in voting power. Remember the proposal where you voted one way, and then Charles tried to guilt-force you and your country into voting "yes"? - You folded like a house of cards and gave in. I see signs of why you did this, and I genuinely feel sorry for you if I am right about my suspicion. I am sure 99% of people do not know that, because there is much more going on in the background than Charles. Charles was just the public trigger. 3. Upgrading a Cardano Node should not be just done because someone tagged you on X and created some hype and/or social pressure on you. Upgrading your node means you agree that the network and all key participants are ready for the fork and the changes it brings. IF a certain amount of Nodes run the fork-ready version, then the countdown for the fork is being started. So if some people are not ready and/or have other concerns to delay a fork, then the only way to delay the fork is by not upgrading. That being said,... IF you do not mind, PLEASE let everyone make his own decision when and what to upgrade to. THAT is the part of the decentralized system by the way: - Every single Pool makes his own decision when and how he wants to upgrade. If we all just followed someone like you and upgraded whenever someone told us to, we might as well have an auto-update function where Charles presses a button and off we go - new Charles law applied to the chain. Cheers! ⚠️Give this Post some live and retweets/shares, so that people understand that upgrading also comes with some responsibility for the chain. Thank you!❤️

He threatened that Cardano would die if IO did not get funding. Then he gas lighted the community to fund the proposals and got 50 Million usd of Ada. Then says he didn't build Cardano to make it valuable. and is also taking a break after being funded? x.com/i/status/20627…

MAYBE that is exactly what he wants. 1. Stay long enough to suck the rest out of the treasury 2. Make us all switch to midnight or whatever "better" fork. 3. and that's it.... LUCKY for us that the TECH is actually decentralized, so IF we would stop following his gaslighting advices and would allow competition in our ecosystem rather than funnelling all money to him and IO - then we could actually get somewhere. Or long story short, IF he really wanted to #Cardano to be successful then he would not constantly talk "crazy" things - which only have one goal: that HE GETS what HE WANTS.

1/9 It is with a heavy heart that I must say I will be leaving Cardano. Not because I want to. But because I have to. I posted it a while ago, but deleted it, hoping for a change in heart. Now I have no choice. I will be filing for Chapter 7. I gave this ecosystem everything.

if you've ever opened a support ticket in a crypto Discord server and immediately got a friend request or dm from a "support agent" trying to scam you - that's not a coincidence, and it's not a compromised staff account. there's a platform-level vulnerability in Discord that makes every single ticket bot unsafe. here's what i found ⬇️🧵

I still don't think you fully understand just how nasty and deliberate this was by @annesofiero and @asooth. - Headline omits the subject: awkward in Norwegian, highly ambiguous in English. Designed to mislead at first glance. - No names in the headline: keeps everything vague and depersonalized while the image does the heavy lifting. - Manipulative photo choice: Manually selected CCTV still of victim Henry Nowak, cropped to make him look shady with hands low, as if concealing a knife. - They had clear photos of the actual killer, Vickrum Digwa, but chose not to use them prominently (two photos of Henry come first). - Minimal fixes even after pushback: Only buried clarifications in the caption. Headline and thumbnail left unchanged. Classic mainstream media framing: plant the wrong first impression without technically lying. VG knew exactly what it was doing.
