🎯 exactly my experience thus far.
Opus 5.5 is pretty insane for Excel read/write I have a few dozen models that are 4-8 quarters out of date. Prior LLMs had gotten better at simple, single quarter updates, but were still sketchy with multi-quarter refreshes (and failed on from scratch builds, to a typical hedge
UST 10-yr at 5.1%. I get the narrative on institutions still buying ~5-handle cap product (industrial or multi), market rent value appreciation upside. But intuitively, does not appear to be the better risk-adjusted return relative to UST 10-yr risk-free yield.
