The GEN 2 frying pan collection includes both our NEW pre-seasoned Nitrided pans and our Classic untreated pans. The Gen 2 collection features updated layer thicknesses, size, and shape to improve overall performance. The pans are now 3 mm thick instead of 2.8 mm, adding only a few ounces of weight while delivering higher performance. It’s still the same lightweight, responsive Carbon Clad construction, thoughtfully refined using everything we’ve learned from the original design. stratacookware.com/shop?Category=…

@WOwenWebb Hi! We came out with a nitrided carbon clad wok! We agree a rivetless design would be better. There’s just some complexities when it comes to welding to a clad pan. That’s not to say it won’t ever happen though 👀
