How much did you send? Well, firstly you paid to put 610+ bytes into either OP_RETURN or Taproot. Then, you counted on a node to pick up and relay your larger transaction. Then you hoped that a miner would agree to incorporate your transaction into a block. Then, you hoped that everything else outside of Bitcoin, e.g. the third party services, worked as you trusted them to. If any of those fail, your "privacy" expectations were not worth the cost. That is why this does not exist in Bitcoin today.
