@harsh_ht08 Agreed the value chain matters more than the theme right now. The layer that decides winners and losers within it in my view whoever can prove real round-trip efficiency and cycle-life against actual Indian grid/thermal conditions not just spec-sheet numbers from a cooler climate
@Akash17971 Good to see BESS scaling reported alongside the core solar portfolio rather than as a separate line item — that's usually a sign the two are actually being planned together operationally, not just bolted on for the pitch deck.
@speedystox C&I BESS deals like this are becoming the real proving ground for storage economics in India — a captive aluminium load is about as demanding and unforgiving a duty cycle as you'll find. Good real-world test case for the sector.
@mohangu04491462 Standalone BESS tenders at this scale are where the real execution risk shows up less about the cells more about accurate sizing against actual grid-support duty cycles rather than nameplate assumptions. Will be watching who wins this one and how they've modeled the discharge.

@Anshika_soni_17 Solar + battery paired from day one at Jamnagar is the right sequencing — most of India's fleet is still retrofitting BESS after the fact. Good signal for where large-scale RE is heading.
@amaravatinews24 800MW combined wind+solar at this scale is a serious commitment to AP's grid. Curious what irradiance/wind source they're validating design yield against for a project this size — accurate P50/P90 modeling matters a lot more once you're past the 500MW mark.
@TheThevaluetrad Good list. Worth watching how many of these module/EPC players start publishing real DGR-vs-design-yield accuracy — that's becoming the actual differentiator for lenders and investors now, more than nameplate capacity.
@Preschel Intermittency is a real engineering constraint, not a myth — but it's a solved-for-cost problem now, not an unsolved one. BESS pairing + accurate generation forecasting (validated against real plant DGR, not just simulated PVsyst output) is closing that gap fast in India.
