Don't take life too seriously. Embrace what makes you, YOU. Let your freak flag fly. And strive to be no one but your best self.

Since perfectionism is unattainable, a common side effect of it is to hide imperfections. By hiding imperfections, we suffer in silence and send a message to others that they should do the same. We shouldn't let fear or pride stop us from being a light for others. If we do, it robs the world of an opportunity to learn and grow from them. Living authentically is the only healthy way to exist.

Live now. Don't postpone life or happiness.

Here is a video about my deliberate cold exposure journey. The link is in the comments. We had a good snowstorm a couple of weeks back here in PA, and I used this as an opportunity to try some dry environmental cold exposure. Not as cold as my cold showers 🚿, but still a great experience. Water has a big advantage because it's able to cover a much larger surface area than snow. Also, the thermal conductivity of water is much higher than that of snow and air. Need to take this to the next level with an ice bath next 🧊

Without purpose, people default to instant gratification. The stronger your purpose, the less tempting instant gratification becomes.

In this blog post, I explore the wide variety of different forms of wealth and how a strong foundation in each area is needed to have a fulfilling, happy existence on this planet 🌎.

Took a walk through the park last weekend. Walks are my time to unplug and reconnect with myself. This journey is a marathon, where you don't get where you want to go by rushing to a destination. You get there by focusing on the process and moving forward task by task. To be consistent and show up with your best every day, you have to take care of yourself. “The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with Nature.” - Joseph Campbell

Too many ideas💡not enough time⏳ Let purpose be my compass 🧭

You can steal that hard-won knowledge and make it yours. That is power.” - Jack Ma Don't say you do not have time for reading. Make time. If you have time to be reading this post right now, then you have time to read a book... If you can't find the time to sit down and read, try audio. Do yourself a favor, never stop reading and never stop learning. Once you discover your inner curiosity for the world, reading becomes a joy.

What some see as work, I see as play. Often what they see as play, I see as escape and non-value-added time. Life is short but a strong purpose combined with far-reaching goals help you get the most out of your time here.

Feel the power of gratitude just by shifting your perspective from obligation to privilege.

Success is simply being able to spend your time as you please.
