@gumbon The whitelist exists to keep the plugin API in its lane. Injection defense, not a jail. Hit F9, get a shell in a verified dir. Trying to leash the human typing in it while an unrestricted terminal is one click away is pure security theater.
I built a real file commander for Hermes Desktop. Dual panels, F5 copy / F6 move / F8 delete / F9 terminal, TC-style. Token-free and every path runs through a whitelist guard, so it can't wander outside the roots you grant it. What would you add to a file browser that lives inside your agent?
