@DavidHunt47 Thank you for your feedback for our Telford team, it is always great to hear when we have made a visit enjoyable. The iPad Air is in constraint with Apple at the moment and we are not expecting to receive stock in until the end of the month.

@Stompe180 Sorry you feel the answer is abrupt. Not meant to be but the method you have chosen for contact only allows a certain amount of key strokes therefore cannot give a longer answer.

@GoldfishRL @Memphis85 ETA's are from current supply chain information available daily, so the 3-4 week ETA the website is quoting is the current delivery estimate for an order placed today. All orders are filled on a 1st come 1st served basis. There'll not be any "Queue jumping"

@stephenjwz The company name was chosen in 1999 before Google was available in the UK. Overtime we became aware of the other partying the USA - the decision was made in isolation to stay with our name. As stated our customers know us, we don't support that organisation in anyway.

@stephenjwz We do not have any affiliation nor support that which you refer to in any way. Our customers know this. All are welcome in our stores irrespective of race, colour, creed, gender, or any other variation you wish to put forward.

@Emmalouh69 - Thank you for your comment. We do not wish for any customer attending one of our stores to have a bad experience. We are sorry if that has been the case here. You do not give any details or set any context for what has happened. How can we rectify the matter?

@deedeej90 Hello - Thank you for your comment. You do not say which store you attended? Could you give the name and time that you were there please? If you could DM further details then we most certainly look into this.
