Supporting antimatter propulsion before it was cool 😎 A positron thermal rocket would likely be the nearest term propulsion system using antimatter. Reason is that antimatter is incredibly hard to store. A positron thermal rocket would require fractions of a gram for significant energy transfer. You’d still need to bring the fuel you needed for thrust. Would be about 3x the fuel efficiency of a chemical rocket if you could figure it out.
