@LoganGrafTax In the first tax season, don't ask your new employee to communicate with clients. Communication is difficult when they are learning ways around different processes within your firm. Also it adds frustration to new hires quickly.

What is NOT a #ChatGPT use case? wrong examples only. I will start with this one : cnn.com/2023/05/05/inv… ChatGPT is NOT going to find your penny stocks (or any other ones) for you. Market emotions and economics is not well understood by AI.

2/x While GPT models use language left context, BERT models consider both left and right context. In the long run BERT models have more promise than left only contextual AI. For most conversational use cases, left context offered by GPT models is sufficient.

1/x Generative Pre-trained Transformer a.k.a. GPT is Large Language Model by #OPENAI . ChatGPT is model for conversational AI. GPT-4 has far more learning capabilities than GPT-3. BERT AI (by #Google ) is also LLM and has some different capabilities.

@seattle_tax presents a very good use case for AI to provide some help. Final decision should be left to CPAs - not #BingAI but this is definitely the way forward.

2 types of posts on #taxtwitter 1. AI is so good that soon it will take away EA/CPA jobs 2. AI is no good and has been a disappointment The expectations from AI need to be realistic and use case specific. We believe AI will transform the way we work by augmenting & insights.
