A new passport agency will be opening in Charlotte! It will offer in-person and emergency services. This is a big win from legislation we passed to get services to cities more than a 5-hour drive to an existing passport agency (the nearest agency to us right now is in Atlanta).

The Aberdeen bridge over I-85 is completely blocked. Barricades are up at Remount and Aberdeen to prevent cars from crossing the bridge. Please avoid the area. It’s a large tree that took down power lines.
