We're looking to add a small number of exceptional recruiters who want to operate at the center of the AI ecosystem. Why Pyxis? • Up to 50% commission with a top-of-market base salary (no draw) • High volume of existing client mandates — no business development required • Work directly with founders, executives, and leading venture capital firms • Remote-first culture with flexibility, autonomy, unlimited PTO, and outstanding career growth Who we're looking for • Top-performing agency recruiters or experienced in-house AI/technical recruiters • Track record recruiting software engineers, ML engineers, AI researchers, robotics engineers, or technical leadership • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional sourcing and market-mapping skills • Passion for AI, robotics, and emerging technologies If this sounds like you—or someone in your network—I'd love to connect.
