@RolltheredDev I hate the way its changed the worlds view though. It also leaves me in a weird spot for things like documenting shader reverse engineering, since I have to weigh how much power I wish to spread out to those who train it off my shit

@RolltheredDev I absolutely love the underlying math behind it, and I love the concept, but because its trained to have structure derivative of ours, its an uncanny voice stolen from the masses. A few times is fine, but theres a fatigue factor involved for sure; idk how people use it daily man

@ZekkVRC Actually I find the hardware / cpu to be almost interesting enough to warrant buying it just based off of that! Have you seen the processor it’s using?

@eric_heitz I was reading through Stephen Hill and yours' Real-Time Area Lighting: a Journey from Research to Production slides. 70 slides in: theta/sin(acos(dot(v1, v2))) was approximated with rational fitting, but im curious if sin(acos(x)) = sqrt(1 - x^2) was brought up?

@KyusoWhitescale @Purriku_ @VRChat We for sure can access em, (assuming you’re not working within amplify) care to share the shader barebones? And or do you have the eye setup functions in the fragment shader as well? A lot of times eye specific stuff isn’t setup correctly, you need to do dat yourself sadly
