@SourceK_mnst You did a great job too! I know it’s really rewarding when you start seeing results I’m still not sure what the most convenient way to have a DS consolizer would be, but I think just outputting the top screen while keeping the bottom one would be the most logical way to play

Thinking about DS consolizer 👀 At first, I thought about outputting both screens + an external wireless controller But two external screens may be pointless. Most games need a touchscreen, so use the DS bottom screen as the controller and output only the top screen? Thoughts?

@dorian_klees I understand. It's true that the HDMI cable can be a nuisance. But also, if the controller needs to have a screen, the image has to be transmitted via some cable. And I don't want the cable to be custom or uncommon I need to think about it

@dshaynie For that reason I thought a screen on the DS controller was necessary, so I just thought of something like the Wii U, in this case using the lower part of the DS Lite and only taking video from the upper screen
@dorian_klees Hi! I’m not sure I understood you. I think you mean putting all the DS Lite hardware + HDMI converter in a separate box, and having a PCB with the screen and controls connected by a cable? But in the end, you still have a cable, right? Unless I made it wireless
@1upInfinty I'm not sure if I understood you correctly about GBA mode. But you can play GBA games on the DS Lite, and this is a DS Lite
@saga2K9 I will publish the hardware schematics and code once I have finished them ( the same way I did with DSpico hardware) , you will be able to study them there

This is a different project from the things I have in mind, like the giant DS or the DSi capture card, both of which involve getting both screens out I’m currently testing things with prototype PCBs, so this is definitely not a final design yet
