@LeahGAlfonso1 I think I have a leg up, for both having read your blog, and having been your roommate, so I'll abstain from publicly guessing 😉

@BekahHW Responsibility. Both what you are given and what you are capable of handling. Definitely not project speed or direct knowledge.

I feel like this author knows exactly what life's like for us right now, and communicated it more effectively than I ever could.

@KimMaida Captain Jack also loves real fidget spinners, he tries to bite them gingerly with his front teeth to stop them.

Hey @heroku Could you please delay the end of life of the cedar-14 stack? Yes, everyone should be more up to date but the type of small businesses that haven't upgraded yet aren't the ones that can afford to during this storm of chaos.

Just came off of spending January working from home to avoid the snowy winter commute. Took a lot of convincing even though my childcare was going to be provided by someone else the entire time. But it was The Best Thing I Ever Did for myself. #remoteworklife

Women, now is the time to stand your ground for #remoteworking opportunities. It’s taken #coronavirus to get companies to realize it’s possible for parents to #workfromhome & care for their children in the home. How crazy is that?

A team having the tools and the attitudes to support remote employees can be so much more important than where your physical desk is. This is increasingly important as companies become more and more globalized.

Love the amazing remote work tips I've been seeing! Things like getting outside, having a separate room to work, etc. Instead of adding to that, I took a different approach. Here are some tips for teams, communication, and collaboration. laurieontech.com/posts/remote-w…

I want to live in a world where this stuff doesn't happen. Nevertheless, we persist.

@BekahHW My vertical mouse is what reversed my wrist pain from too much track pad use. (I also prefer a split, ergonomic keyboard, but I can make do without for limited time.) amazon.com/dp/B00TJ56XD0

@WomeninTechChat "Be Scrappy, Live Happy!" -me To me it means, never loose my tenacity, my passion for life and for my interests (including tech). Never stop fighting for what I believe in, and for what I'm worth. And never stop striving for a life that fulfills me. #WomenInTechChat

@WomeninTechChat Q4: My dream is to build a community where women can feel supported in tech. Where students can be encouraged to take their curiosity to its limits. Where everyone can see how logic and formulas apply to their interests... I've got a start @VariousCharOrg! #WomenInTechChat

@WomeninTechChat Q3: Most of the tech ladies I know in real life are incredibly inspiring to me. Going on to do bigger and better things than I ever dared dream for myself. They make me excited about the possibilities. And intimidated at how they manage to get to such a level! #WomenInTechChat

@WomeninTechChat A2: There is no "best". Learning anything is dependent on the individual. I judge how well I've learned by teaching others though. So having a partner who knows a little more and another one who knows a little less can go a long way. #WomenInTechChat

@WomeninTechChat A1: My first job in tech was 7 years ago, unless you count the tutoring I did in school, then it's more like 8-9. I got started in high school because my parents were both CS people, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Still programming in Java over a decade later! #WomenInTechChat

@lezzimomof2 @mommameetsworld A friend of mine taught me to "purposefully" keep them and use in sensory or sorting activities. Like this: mrsplemonskindergarten.com/2017/06/10-way… So now that's my excuse 😝
