@dan_spratling Also a good solution would be to use upwork or other sites for communication and paymebt because they have a mediation service in case of problems....

@devinDford Congrats Devin. Hourly is a bit messed up. Had some weird situations and avoid it. For example had a situation where the client said he does not pay for learning... so it can be conplicated. Negotiate in details i guess...

@simpledevMe @Nikoletta3108 NodeJS and Laravel ... well that sounds like a broad topic to me. I would focus on one of those. MongoDB not so sure as well if you go with frontend....

@nickbulljs Yeah, i agree. Lots of stuff to learn not only for junior devs but for old devs as well who worked a different technology and now they need to learn all the new stuff. Conpanies should introduce a "keep up" day one every 2 weeks to keep up with new technology 🤨
