@qatarairways I already sent all my details in DM. Your customer service is not informed about your own rules . Why would your first agent make me change the flight and made me pay additional amount and now your agent completely says some thing different.

@qatarairways your agents cheated with Bulk baggage guidelines and now are refusing to do anything. They ar asking me to pay 400plus Euro for additional baggage. What kind of service is this? This is not how you cheat customers. Please look into my issue.

@MicrosoftHelps How do we reach to an agent for an Outlook/hotmail issue. Most of your self help is pretty useless and goes in circles and never gets me to the resolution. I did not expect this kind of support from a world class company.
