Here's what's likely happening: when you're on a VPN, you're sharing an IP address with a bunch of other users on that same server. If even one of them triggered a security flag recently, that IP can get a black mark that affects everyone using it, including you. There's also the location jump factor. VPNs can make it look like you suddenly teleported to a different city or country, and that kind of sudden shift is exactly the pattern our risk-detection systems watch for to catch account takeovers.

Hi Jake! You can customize how your campaign link previews on social media using Mailchimp's Social Cards feature. From your Campaign Overview page, go to the Content section and click Enable Social Cards (or access it under Preview & Test in the builder) to set a custom featured image, title, and description. If you've updated these settings but the old preview still shows, social platforms may have cached the previous version, you can clear this by running your campaign URL through a tool like the Facebook Sharing Debugger.
