I leave the house at daybreak, to prevent the temptation to loiter in the kitchen and fill up on starchy breakfast foods and avoid exercise altogether!

I remind myself that some exercise is better than nothing (a 20 min jog is better than no minutes!) and I focus on spending time exercising with family.
