When nonconsensual, intimate photos or videos are shared online, there is now a clearer path to removal. ⚠️ The Federal Trade Commission is actively enforcing the TAKE IT DOWN Act. Victims and survivors can visit TakeItDown.ftc.gov to file complaints if a covered platform fails to act within 48 hours of a valid request. The @FTC has released guidance to help consumers respond if nonconsensual intimate images are posted online. #Know2Protect
