@_jakubhajek Bootstrapping and maintenance will never not be an issue, IMO. Avoiding the need to manage hardware, k8s upgrades, etc... is a central reason to adopt 'cloud' in the first place. Now everyone wants to build their own on-prem, but doesn't want to devote the required resources...
