Hyderabad’s largest brewery is now open in the Financial District! 🍻 Between Brewery, on ISB Road in the Financial District, next to the old Fisherman’s Wharf, is a massive 1-acre space spread across multiple levels, with both indoor and outdoor seating. It reportedly has a capacity of around 1,500 people, making it the biggest brewery in Hyderabad. It is from the same group that owns Broadway Breweries in Hyderabad. I tried their beer flight and immediately picked the NorthEast IPA as my favourite. This IPA reminded me exactly of the Hazilicious IPA from Reuben’s Brewery in Seattle, which was one of my favourite beers for a long time. I strongly recommend trying it. Despite being an IPA, it isn't overly bitter and has a lot of flavour. I’ve already been here twice and also tried their Keema Pizza with a flaky puff-pastry crust. It was outstanding. A friend tells me it’s the same one served at Broadway and is his favourite there as well. I’d also recommend trying their Coriander Chicken and Paneer. The Chicken 65 was a bit too spicy for my palate. Overall, I think this could become a regular hangout for employees working in the Financial District as well as residents from the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Just a correction: NE stands for New England IPA, not Northeast IPA. Technically, though, it is associated with the northeastern part of the US.

Very happy to know that the International Airport in my hometown WARANGAL, is finally becoming a reality. ❤️ My suggestions for the name would be: Rudrama International Airport (RIA), Kakatiya International Airport (KIA). After several delays and changes in ownership, Capital 45 on Myscape Road finally seems to be making some progress on the ground. The project was initially taken up by Hallmark-Raghava and later moved to Varma Steels-Golden Crest. The project features massive apartments of around 10,999 sq ft. The new design looks really good, and I hope they deliver it as envisioned. Interestingly, this entire stretch of Myscape Road has become a hub for projects with massive apartments of 8,000+ sq ft, including Myscape 212, Myscape Yoo, Kurra’s Amaris, Pavani Mirai, and the completed Myscape Isle of the Sky.

After a long delay, the Neopolis–Pristina–Kokapet Village 100-ft Road is finally making significant progress. 🔴 Marked in red: The section of the road currently under progress. This should immensely benefit Rajapushpa Pristina, Fortune Grande and the already completed ASBL Spire projects. 🔵Marked in blue : There is also another 100-ft road planned along the pipeline road, , connecting Shankarpally Road (MGIT) → Kokapet Village → ISKCON → Jayabheri → Avatar Junction → Manikonda. However, work on this second road has not started yet.

Back in July, I asked why @CMC_Offcl couldn’t identify the culprits who dumped waste at IKEA and recover some of the expenses, instead of burdening the general public with the cleanup. Seems like CM @revanth_anumula has exactly the same question for @MC_Cyberabad. The culprits must be identified and face the appropriate punishment.

Dear @MC_Cyberabad / @GummallaSrijana mam, As far as I understand, a significant portion of this debris came from a few large builders who dumped C&D waste here during major redevelopment projects instead of processing it or transporting it to an authorized C&D waste disposal
