Because their focus has never been security or safety but rather to build a product so they could all get rich. I don't care what their CEOs are saying in television interviews and podcasts, they haven't been telling any of us the truth. It is why myself and many other cybersecurity experts have been ringing alarm bells over a number of things, the recent hacks aside. We are trained to spot threats inside and outside. We are trained to spot red flags. In addition to all the technical training knowledge and skill we need to have to do our day jobs. We are trained to question everything and not make any assumptions because the data that we do analyze has to be correlated against many other data points in order for us to say something definitively happened. Or, did not happen. I can't say to you that you were hacked, I have to prove it to you. The other day I was called in to a meeting to review logs that at first glance made it look like something malicious was occurring but once I walked the team through the correlation of various data points I pointed out where that was not the case and it was a false positive. No one was in agreement with me until they saw the full picture and it was confirmed. That is my job being the cybersecurity lead and having three decades of experience behind me. It was a good learning experience for my team because they are not on the same skill level as me. One day they might be. IF I do my job right by teaching them. Just like I was taught by others with more skill than me over these many years. So why aren't these AI companies practicing what they preach? Because that's not their end goal. It's also why they are now begging those of us with extensive cybersecurity experience to do their jobs for them and secure all the infrastructure, basically saying in this most recent announcement by OpenAI on working with them, that they need help. But my question is and the question that everybody else should be posing to them particularly the news media is if you have all these powerful AI tools and they can hack into all these other companies why do you need anybody else's help? The question should be: shouldn't your product be doing all the securing instead of hacking your competitors? The fact that this is not being done and they are relying on others tells you all you need to know about their motives. If you use their product to secure your infrastructure you make them more money because you have to purchase tokens from them. Notice they didn't offer anybody any free use of their product to secure infrastructure against malicious actions their products might take? They are lying to you and have been from the very start. And myself and other cybersecurity experts will continue to call this out as the lie that it is. As the hype that it is. Educating the public on the reality of the situation. Because that is what we signed up to do and at least we're consistent and haven't lied to anybody. We told you exactly who we were. Believe us! 😉

Freundliche Erinnerung: Menschen die aufgrund einer depressiven Erkrankung medikamentös eingestellt sind, sollten bei diesen hohen Temperaturen bitte besonders gut auf sich achten und genügend Flüssigkeit (Wasser) zu sich nehmen ☝️ Denn die Hitze kann aus folgenden Gründen schnell gefährlich werden: - Gestörte Thermoregulation: Bestimmte Wirkstoffe (z. B. trizyklische Antidepressiva, SSRI und SNRI) greifen in das Temperaturzentrum im Gehirn ein. Dem Körper fällt es schwerer, sich abzukühlen - Verändertes Schwitzen: Einige Medikamente vermindern die Schweißproduktion, während andere starkes Schwitzen (auch nachts) auslösen können - Unterdrücktes Durstgefühl: Manche Psychopharmaka dämpfen das Signal, dass Sie durstig sind. Das führt unbemerkt zu gefährlichem Flüssigkeitsmangel - Kreislaufbelastung: Hitze erweitert die Blutgefäße, was den Blutdruck senken kann. In Kombination mit bestimmten Antidepressiva kann dies zu Schwindel oder plötzlicher Benommenheit führen und im schlimmsten Fall, zum Kreislaufkollaps (Quelle - PTA Heute, Deutsches Ärzteblatt) --------------------- Das gilt natürlich nicht für die Antidepressiva, sondern auch für Dauermedikamente im allgemeinen. Da ich allerdings bei Antidepressiva zumindest aus erster Hand sprechen kann (Venlafaxin) habe ich dieses Thema aus aktuellem Anlass mal aufgegriffen. Ich persönlich habe für diese hohen Temperaturen, eine 40 minütige Erinnerung im Handy gespeichert, die mich daran erinnert zu trinken. Des weitern ist Alkohol dringend zu meiden, Energydrinks im übrigen auch Es würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ihr diesen Post per Repost in euren Timelines teilen würdet, damit zum einen Betroffene daran erinnern und nicht Betroffene darauf sensibilisiert werden Danke❤️

Ab dem 01.08 beginnt wieder für viele junge Menschen der "Ernst des Lebens", nämlich die Berufsausbildung🤝 Natürlich auch in dem Beruf in dem ich arbeite - Kfz Mechatroniker🔧⚡ Ich werde in diesem Post mal die einzelnen Ausbildungsjahre anschneiden und euch mal nen kleinen Einblick in die Ausbildung zum Kfz Mechatroniker geben✌️ Bevor ich zu den einzelnen Lehrjahren kommen, zuerst ein paar Eckpunkte was den Beruf ausmacht, wie lange die Ausbildung geht und wieviel man verdient: Punkt 1 Welche Anforderungen muss man mitbringen, um die Ausbildung zum Kfz Mechatroniker zu beginnen? - Es ist empfehlenswert, ein gewisses Maß an handwerklichem Geschick und Intresse für die Materie "Auto" zu haben😅 - Was die Schulbildung betrifft, reicht in der Regel ein guter Hauptschulabschluss. Allerdings wird eine mittlere Reife natürlich bevorzugt Punkt 2: Wie lang geht die Ausbildung? - Die Ausbildung erstreckt sich über 3,5 Lehrjahre und findet Dual statt (Dual = Ausbildungsbetrieb und Berufsschule) Punkt 3: Wieviel verdient man in der Ausbildung? - Das ist tatsächlich vom Betrieb (Vertragshändler oder freie Werkstatt) und von der Region (Bundesland) abhängig: 1. Ausbildungsjahr: ca. 860 bis 1.325 Euro brutto / Monat 2. Ausbildungsjahr: ca. 900 bis 1.365 Euro brutto / Monat 3. Ausbildungsjahr: ca. 950 bis 1.495 Euro brutto / Monat 4. Ausbildungsjahr: ca. 1.000 bis 1.575 Euro brutto / Monat Punkt 4: Wieviel verdient man NACH der Ausbildung? I'm so frustrated at being a parent in this garbage digital age. I hate short-form video. TikTok / YouTube trash is just pure brain-rot and I can't stand it. I try to keep my kids away from it. I gave them access to Spotify b/c I want them to enjoy music and develop their musical tastes and personalities. That was working pretty well. They would go onto Spotify on the XBox and listen to music and explore that space. Good for them. But what does Spotify do? They put short form videos into their app. Now my kids are watching the videos instead of listening to the music. I have to decide if I have to take Spotify away from them (along with all their playlists) because Spotify pulled this bait-and-switch on me and turned an app that I felt good about giving to my kids into another brain-rotting platform of garbage. Every month something like this happens. It's impossible to navigate this as a parent, even if you're largely on top of things. It's exhausting and dispiriting.
