India just put $115M+ of corporate bonds on new rails 🇮🇳 Three issuers have now raised ₹1,025 crore through the country’s new Demat 2.0 pilot. The interesting part is the settlement: tokenized bonds + India’s wholesale digital rupee. Securities and payment can move on the same infrastructure, cutting the gap between “trade agreed” and “money actually moved.” And India is already looking at what comes next: equities, funds and even gold.
