GPT-6 Astra设计FPV无人机飞控 PCB全过程记录，从电路原理图到 PCB 布局、走线、元器件摆放，都是Codex里的GPT-6在 KiCad 里直接操作，我可以看到它一步步画出来。 画完后它自己运行 ERC、DRC，检查问题，再修改电路和布局。 最后完成了 F405 六层飞控板的设计，还导出了 Gerber、钻孔、BOM、贴装坐标和 STEP 文件，能直接打开 3D 看整块板子的效果。 整个设计过程，总耗时3 小时 13 分 56 秒，总token消耗量约为51,900,896个（约5200万个），模型思考强度为高。 目前还没打样，实际能不能稳定工作，还要上板测试。但从描述需求到画出整块 PCB，这个过程已经挺让我惊叹了。 #AI #PCB #KiCad #Codex #GPT6 #Astra

AI 全自动操控 Ansys Icepak：从零完成 CPU 散热仿真 AI 全自动完成的 Ansys Icepak 桌面级CPU风冷散热仿真。AI 通过我开发的AEDT MCP 直接控制 Ansys Electronics Desktop，从零创建 Icepak 工程，参数化建立 CPU 芯片、IHS、TIM、散热器底板、散热翅片、空气域和风道，并自动完成材料属性、65 瓦热源、进出口边界及监视器配置。 随后，AI 对关键发热区域、TIM 薄层和翅片流道进行局部网格加密，完成粗、中网格敏感性对比。求解过程中，AI 持续检查流动与能量残差、温度稳定性、质量守恒和热平衡。AI 还自动生成了温度云图、速度场、压力场和流动矢量图。 从参数化建模、网格划分和正式求解，到结果提取与优化分析，整个仿真流程均由 AI 通过我开发的AEDT MCP 自动化完成。 #Ansys #Icepak #AnsysIcepak #MCP #AIAgent #CAE #仿真 #散热仿真 #CPU散热 #GPT6
