@CodeWithAmann It doesn't, drivers are grouped by geographic indexes/geohashes, dividing the map into small cells. Uber searches your cell first, then nearby cells, and ranks available drivers by distance and ETA so the trick isn't searching faster. It's searching a much smaller area.
