There are a million reasons to float, but all of them have to do with elevating yourself.

Everything is more difficult before you discover floating.
Even the most calming experience can seem scary if you’ve never done it before.
You could really replace “KINDNESS” with “FLOATING” in this quote, and it would work just fine
Sometimes, it’s the things you DON’T do that are the most important.

National Simplicity Day is, in fact, the perfect day for a float.
If you’re going on a world float tour, definitely add this as one of your stops – another one of nature’s beautiful float pools.
Sometimes getting a big thought down helps you relax more into the float, since you’re not worried about forgetting it.
Arthritis? Floating helps with that. Acute and chronic stress? Floating helps with that. HAIR?! Yeah, floating helps with that too.
Brian Blomerth has been creating graphic novels covering the lives and discoveries of early consciousness explorers. The subject of his latest book? Dr. John C. Lilly – the inventor of float tanks. itsnicethat.com/articles/brian…
Sound check at our float center. Silent spaces help quiet the inside world.
This is how I picture my lower back when it’s been too long since a session.

Sometimes, doing nothing at all is the greatest tool you have for self-improvement.
It can be shocking the amount of things floating can improve, but really it’s our own bodies that are amazing. They just need enough space and time to take care of themselves, which in our modern culture is a rarity.
My brain, when I’ve clearly gone too long without floating.
It’s easy to forget that it’s not the water supporting you in a float... it’s all of the salt. Float tanks are at the saturation point of salinity – with any more salt or any lower a temperature, they start solidifying into crystals.
For illustrative purposes only – no tea parties in the float tanks please.
