Depends what your level of experience and track record performance looks like - but generally speaking your not in hell but you definitely have enough rope to hang yourself if u don't know what your doing. Not ideal for the early career seller or those with an inconsistent track record of performance. 2 units per month is a realistic transaction volume at that acv range but you definitely need to build the environment to support that volume from building the GTM motion from scratch, setting up the infra, resources and position to capture that sort of velocity. Would set conservative expectations around when you will begin hitting that target consistently as one man show, minimum 3-4 months best case scenario in my humble opinion and likely slightly miss your first annual quota but should have traction by year two and operating with zero constraints around performance and earnings you could be sitting on an untapped oil field if you play your cards right and leadership dosen't make crazy hiring moves after they see momentum

Through life your primary job is to stack as many owed favors from as many people as possible without excepting payment in return so when the tables inevitably turn you cache in the balance owed. I actively seek to help people so I can collect owed favors as a life insurance policy - when payment is exchanged the relationship ends with task fulfilled which is the worst case scenario in my humble opinion

Keep it pure SDR, if highly competent you can stack contracts on the side of AM role

If ur going the corporate path, with the ultimate goal of upmarket AE Your sole focus is that W2, maxing out the comp plan, and promotions upmarket If want additional cacheflow spin up WiFi $ Contract stacking while AE will only hurt your performance and promotion timeline When pioneered the contract stacking space back in 2022 was MM AE and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Extreme stress barely hit my quota for an extra $130k on the side. Not to mention. I’m 100x the salesperson these little yuppies are and barely made it happen by the skin of my nutsack Pick your lane. Contract Stacking, flexible remote low effort lifestyle for $130-300k Corporate Path, shoot for MM & ENT grind to make $300-500k+ doctor money There is no ‘wrong’ path it’s really a lifestyle decision imo
@FidelCacheFlow Tried this and couldn't agree more. I think part of the reason behind this is it's hard to authentically empathize with your customer like you need to as an AE when you are context switching between 3-4 diff products/ICPs/companies throughout the day
