Cold DMs are outdated! You will get ignored! You will sound salesy!! The best approach to landing jobs now is building relationships Starting with Cold DMs cuts off any possibility of doing that Warm DMs is the best approach when it comes to building genuine connections Here's how to do it: - Follow & Engage with the person for a week - Send them a complimentary message or talk about something they are particularly interested in - Get to know them for a while - Review their projects and look for problems your skill can solve or improve - List out the problems and show them your possible solutions - Create a free demo to help them - Offer this as a free consultation If you did a good job, you will get the job This will 10X your chances of getting a job than the Cold DM guy shoving his offer than their throats If you are a web3 professional & want more tips like this, follow @EverBuildJobs If you are a founder looking to fill your vacant roles, Send a DM to get connected with top web3 talent suitable for your projects Hire Quality! Build Quality!

Happy Mondays Builders 💜 Here are 3 reminders to keep a positive mindset during the week "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." - Winston Churchill "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard." - Tim Notke "Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out." - Robert Collier Have a wonderful week 👏

How do you know if an applicant is truly qualified? 🟣 Check thier experiences and verify the most recents 🟣 Conduct in depth interview to determine their level of fluency in answering difficult questions about the job 🟣 Offer them a trial period or a chance to demonstrate their skills The cost of hiring an unqualified candidate for your project outweighs the cost of finding a qualified one. Do it right once! Hire from Everbuild!
