سازمان جهانی مبارزه با شکنجه با انتشار گزارشی میگوید که طالبان به طور مکرر به ویژه در امور امنیتی روزمره از خشونت استفاده میکند و این موضوع در اصول جزایی محاکم طالبان قانونی شده است. طبق گزارش، شکنجه در عملیاتهای طالبان و بازداشتگاههای این گروه یک رویه رایج است. در این گزارش تاکید شده است که شکنجه و رفتارهای «ظالمانه، غیرانسانی و تحقیرآمیز» در افغانستان ممنوع نشده بلکه عملا قانونی شده و بهگونه فعال اجرا میشود. afintl.com/202606253280
