Beginning July 20, Claude Fable 5 will be included in all Max and Team Premium plans, at 50% of limits. Pro and Team Standard users will continue to have access to Fable via usage credits, and will receive a one-time $100 credit. Demand for Fable has been challenging to predict, which is why we rolled it out to subscription plans in stages, extending access several times as we secured additional capacity.

Sending webhooks to partners? Your retry logic should know the difference between 'the network failed' and 'your payload is wrong.' Retrying a 400 indefinitely doesn't fix the payload — it just burns resources and erodes trust with whoever's receiving it.

Tip for any Rails dev using ActiveRecord joins: always qualify column names explicitly when two tables share them. `orders.status` not `status`. Sounds obvious. Stings hard when you forget it on a DISTINCT ON query in production.

A useful rule of thumb: if your integration stores a file rather than a reference to a file, ask whether you've just created a synchronisation problem you'll have to solve later. Sometimes the answer is yes and it's worth it. Often it isn't.
