@Quant_Kurtis @grok There are some easy tells. Tattoos, bad haircuts, males wearing chains/jewelry, photos of flashy cars or other status symbols. Trading coaches that look more like wannabe pop stars seem to be common these days. Ask what they have to gain by faking it.

Is it just the window dressing trade? I had both that and the monthly rebalance trade in at the same time. Rebalance is volatility sized, so it equalises SPY/TLT nicely but WD I just do a simple notional size. Re portfolio composition analysis - only a couple of months ago I increased my allocation because of doing that analysis :) Bad timing.
@GfI_Himmelreich Thanks, looking for ideas for my retirement account where it has restrictions. 300% T/O is fine though also want infrequent touch points eg twice/month rebalances as it's likely manually placed trades.

@kieran__duff 💯 High win rate makes it very hard to layer it with other/uncorrelated strategies because you don't get to see when you're wrong very often, or how wrong you are. Many small losses are much easier to trust when return stacking.
September was all in the first 10 days, 1%/day is all you need right?
August - after 3 stale months finally had a good one, my best systematic month actually. For some reason August is always good, last year came off a DD. Can't control the market, can only control myself so I just spent the flat months working on improvements so that the system

@momentmal22 Yep, I don't really short anything too small. I'm too scared :) Russell 1000 is the smallest. Though probably better edge in the small stuff I prefer to just not leverage long stocks too much. Got the Futs anyway.
