Surgence client spotlight: @dac_chain Over the past few months, we have worked with DAC to take a deeply technical proposition, quantum-resistant blockchain infrastructure, and turn it into a category people could understand, engage with and act on. And the timeline around this matters a lot. This year, governments and researchers brought the quantum threat closer to the present. In June, the White House accelerated the federal transition to post-quantum cryptography, setting earlier migration targets for critical systems. Three months earlier, Google Quantum AI published research estimating that the cryptography securing Bitcoin, Ethereum and most major blockchains could be broken using roughly 20 times fewer quantum resources than previously believed. For most existing networks, the answer is a retrofit: replacing foundational cryptography after years of assets, wallets and transaction history have already been built on top of it. DAC was designed differently.

Bitcoin can't vote itself quantum-safe. Fixing its cryptography needs the whole network to agree, and that never happens fast. Every transaction in DAC moves through a protected flow from the first block. Built in at the protocol level, working from day one.

🇪🇺 Chat Control has passed 😔 They can and will now legally scan any person's messages, emails and photos you send without a warrant The way they passed this law when the majority of the European Parliament was against it will shock you: They waited until most EP members were on holiday so only a few were present and then created an "urgent" vote for it to pass it through There's nothing democratic about any of it and big powerful forces are behind this that can manipulate the EU for whatever they want Democracy in Europe died a bit today 😔
