@FelipeGuirao yeah, breakouts aren't working although they did work for about 5 days a few weeks ago. I like the ideas you have as I can see situational awareness aka market regime trumps everything else. I'm looking for a few new tricks I can use in these times. Thank you!

@DrSuneelDhand Blood pressure should rise with age. And anything under 150/85 or so is fine. Bringing down with drugs shouldn’t try to get below 140/85 or so. That’s what studies actually say as opposed to drug companies wanting everyone on pills.

@L2WTrades taking paper cuts is key. Taking losses quickly is fundamental to good trading. Find trades that allow tight stops and 3 or 4 times the upside. Easily falsified = get out immediately. That is the key.
