Filleting a corner with 3 radii is non-trivial. No single ball radius can stay tangent to all faces at once, and the corner must be filled with a general n-sided blend, typically a Gregory patch that matches tangency along every bounding arc. Example: a 5 mm, 3 mm, and 2 mm corner has three fillet surfaces of different sizes meeting at mismatched heights, so the filler surface is a numerically-solved patch, not a primitive.

Have you checked your STL Export Quality? It comes down to surface deviation (distance) and normal deviation (angle). Curved regions benefit from more triangles and print smoother. Lower settings are fine on flat, prismatic parts; but on a cylinder, sphere, or fillet it leaves coarse facets the slicer reproduces as visible flats or banding.
Lower normal deviation (angle) produces more frequent, smaller flats/bands.
Another STL to STEP example part! Use the Vertex Highlight and Edge Highlight tools to inspect before & after!

It's deterministic: the same file with the same settings always produces the same STEP geometry, so your results are repeatable run to run. We verify by running automated regression testing in comparison to previous releases.
