Three places wasted Google Ads budget hides: 1) The search terms report. Broad match keywords quietly buy clicks from searches you never intended. 2) Missing negative keywords. Every irrelevant search you fail to exclude gets billed. 3) Conversion tracking. If it never fired correctly, every optimization since launch was a guess.
