I can't believe you would lie like this. I crunshed some numbers and based of 550 million subs. 83.47 % are Tier 1 0.42 % are Tier 2 0.63 % are Tier 3 15.48 % are Prime

Obviously, something like 99.8% of people's subs are Tier 1, so this has minimal impact for most Partners... But I think that's largely cause few do anything to incentivize the higher Tiers (and tend to assume they get 50%).
