@sarunw hyperswitcher.app My personal spin on an app and window switcher for macOS, using the Caps Lock key to make switching as fast as possible. Won't be for everyone, but it solves all the issues I had with other app switchers 😅

I've been doing something similar for the past few years. I asked every single new model to "pls fix previews" in SwiftUI and ALL of them failed miserably. Until 5.6 Sol actually did it. Previews have been rock solid and insanely fast for me ever since (even in large, complex codebases where previews were fully unusable before) I rarely use previews anymore these days, but still. x.com/CodableHuman/s…

@rudrank I recently switched from an M2 Pro to an M5 Pro. For me, SwiftUI previews have gotten somewhat faster, but not to the point where I'd call them useable when used in a project with more than 10 or so files. However, whenever a new model comes out, I ask it "pls fix previews" and

@theo The ability to select text from the agent’s response and writing a comment. Codex has solved this super nicely. It has replaced me copying selected text into the input using quotes or markdown “>” notation to add comments to what it says

@theo @maria_rcks If it's just about internal testing of the dev version of the app, that should be possible without issue, if you distribute it via TestFlight. Only external testing requires review

@thsottiaux Also, I really love T3 Code's new way of handling threads via this "Inbox" UX. Much easier to handle threads than a single "Recents" list. Would love something like this in Codex!

I love that @ChatGPT and Codex have become so self-aware about their harness and environment over the past months! In the early days of ChatGPT, the models knew nothing about where they were running, what settings were available, or how to help the user figure out issues with the tool. And now ChatGPT and Codex pretty much have full awareness and control over the app and you can just ask it something or tell it to go do something you're not sure how to do. For me, this is one of the coolest changes recently! Great work @thsottiaux @embirico and everyone else working on this!
