You can reach out to the Support Team at [email protected] if you'd like to activate a 30-day free trial in order to access the old data with all of the rates. We'll gladly assist!

@Uxsevgi Hello there! You can navigate to Workspace settings by clicking the 3 dots button in the top-left corner, switch to the Permissions tab, and re-enable Billable hours. All your data will be instantly restored and visible again. We remain available for any further assistance!

@Itx_Shad0w Hi there! To clarify, this option is still fully available on the Basic plan, where you aren't limited to 31 days and can track any window just like before. On the Free plan, the filter is capped at 31 days, but you can still pick any custom window under that.
