Jensen Huang's blunt answer on how far ahead the US is in chips: "call it a decade." Then he shrugs the lead away in the same breath: "could you take that decade old technology and just squeeze the living daylights out of it until it produces something that's kind of like something from five years ago? Yeah, probably."

Not trying to insult anyone but... B2B SaaS operators on here are *struggling* right now. They're losing a bunch of $$$ on rising Meta ad costs, blowing cash on influencers with no actual reach and hoping a Product Hunt launch gets them 1,000 paying customers. Good luck. All this while high-intent buyers are asking Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude which tools they should consider. SEO Stuff (seo-stuff.com/ai-seo) uses Google and AI search to help companies add serious revenue. In some cases (scroll down a few tweets), just under $100,000/month. And if you want to know how your business ranks across Google, ChatGPT, Claude and broader AI search, check here (it's free): rightcited.com Alright, let’s start at the top. Google and AI search both care about trust, albeit in slightly different ways. Google looks at content quality, keyword alignment, backlinks, topical authority and site structure. AI systems also look at how people discuss your company across the web, including reviews, articles, podcasts, newsletters, forums, comparison pages and other third-party mentions. The clearer and more credible your company appears across these sources, the easier it becomes for search and AI systems to understand and recommend it. First, fix your positioning. “Project management software” means a lot less in this brave new world than “Project management software for agencies doing X launch videos” does. “Compliance platform” means less than “Compliance automation software for fintech startups preparing for SOC 2” does. Your homepage needs to immediately explain who the product is for, what problem it solves, what makes it different, what it integrates with, what outcomes it creates and why buyers should trust it. If someone cannot understand your product in five seconds, AI systems will struggle too. Next, build authority outside your own website. Most SaaS companies think authority means publishing more blog posts, but that is not enough. Useful authority plays include founder interviews and podcasts with transcripts, original benchmarks, reports and product data, inclusion in “best tools” and category roundups, customer stories on third-party sites, partner pages and integration directories, strong profiles on G2, Capterra and TrustRadius and mentions or backlinks from sites already appearing in Google and AI answers. These signals help establish what your company does, where it fits and whether its claims are credible. Now let’s talk keywords. Broad SaaS keywords are usually dead weight, and what you actually need to rank for the questions buyers ask before booking a demo. That could include “best CRM for B2B agencies,” “usage-based billing software for SaaS,” “customer onboarding tools with HubSpot integration,” “compliance automation for fintech startups,” “best SOC 2 software for small teams,” “[Your Product] vs [Competitor]” and “is [Brand Name] worth it.” Look for clear commercial intent, natural-language phrasing and specificity around the product, integration, role or industry. Then build one strong page for each meaningful intent. A feature search should lead to a feature page, an industry search should lead to a use-case page, a comparison search should lead to a comparison page and an educational search should lead to a guide, calculator, template or report. Your commercial pages should clearly explain who the product is for, what problem it solves, what it replaces, which systems it integrates with, how long setup takes, how it compares to alternatives and what it costs. Include clear screenshots, use cases, customer proof, FAQs and a direct path to pricing, a trial or a demo. “Work Smarter” tells people a lot less than “Automatically Reconcile Invoices Across Multiple Accounts” tells buyers and search systems exactly what the feature does. You also need dedicated use-case pages. That could include “contract automation for HR teams,” “security monitoring for SOC teams,” “customer onboarding software for B2B SaaS” and “compliance automation for healthcare startups.” Each page should explain the audience’s specific problem, relevant features, integrations, proof and expected outcome. These pages give you more opportunities to appear when buyers describe the same product in different ways. Comparison and alternative pages are often where the revenue lives. People constantly ask AI tools questions like “[Your Product] vs [Competitor],” “best alternatives to [Legacy Tool],” “best [Category] software in 2026,” “best [Category] tools for [Industry]” and “is [Brand] better than [Competitor]?” Use a quick verdict, pricing and feature comparisons, best-fit use cases, honest limitations, customer proof and a clear CTA. Do not claim your product wins every category, because a balanced comparison is more believable to buyers and more useful to AI systems. Content clusters matter too. A connected group of pages around one commercial topic can establish much stronger authority than a random blog post. For example, a customer onboarding software cluster might include a complete guide to customer onboarding software, a list of the best onboarding tools for SaaS companies, customer onboarding checklists, onboarding software with HubSpot integration, customer onboarding metrics and a direct comparison between your product and a competitor. Each page should connect naturally to the relevant feature, use case, comparison or demo page. Keep the content structured with direct answers, question-based headings, examples, screenshots, comparison tables, credible sources and internal links. You also need to control branded search. Create pages targeting questions like “is [Brand Name] legit?”, “[Brand Name] reviews,” “how [Brand Name] works,” “[Brand Name] pricing,” “[Brand Name] vs [Competitor]” and “best [Brand Name] alternatives.” Buyers are asking these questions whether you create the pages or not, and without clear answers on your own site, Reddit, review platforms and competitors will define the brand for you. Reviews matter for the same reason. Encourage customers to mention their use case, industry, team size, integrations and measurable outcome. “We use [Product] to onboard enterprise healthcare clients across HubSpot and Salesforce” is much more useful than “Great software.” It clearly explains who uses the product, what they use it for and where it fits. Also, do not ignore technical SEO in 2026. Your site should have fast load times, clean URLs, proper canonical tags, strong internal linking, working sitemaps, no unnecessary duplicate pages, clear pricing and security information and access for relevant AI crawlers. A confusing site structure can bury your best feature, use-case and comparison pages before buyers or search systems ever reach them. Video can strengthen the same pages. Create feature explainers, integration demos, use-case walkthroughs, customer stories and comparison videos, then publish transcripts and embed the videos on the relevant pages so the information remains searchable and extractable. Finally, track what creates pipeline, including branded search growth, AI citations and mentions, commercial page rankings, demo and trial conversion rates, review volume and sentiment, off-site brand mentions and pipeline from organic and AI referral traffic. And keep "what matters" in mind - a comparison page with 300 qualified visitors may create more revenue than a generic guide with 20,000 readers. Again, AI systems recommend trusted, well-cited companies. To build pipeline without relying entirely on paid acquisition and outbound, you need both. Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck, the researcher behind the "growth mindset," describes what happened when struggling kids were taught what effort actually does to the brain: Dweck points to two groups of students who started at the bottom. The first was a fourth grade class in New York City: "In one year, fourth grade students in the South Bronx, way behind, became the number one fourth grade class in the state of New York on the state math test." It wasn't the only case she points to: "In a year to a year and a half, Native American students in a school on a reservation went from the bottom of their district to the top and that district included affluent sections of Seattle. So the native kids outdid the Microsoft kids." Students who started at the bottom of their district finished ahead of children from some of Seattle’s wealthiest neighborhoods. How did this happen? The two schools were separated by thousands of miles, yet Dweck traces both turnarounds to the same pivot: a change in how students understood difficulty. "This happened because the meaning of effort and difficulty were transformed. Before effort and difficulty made them feel dumb made them feel like giving up. But now effort and difficulty, that's when their neurons are making new connections, stronger connections. That's when they're getting smarter." Dweck says the effect extends beyond test scores. She shares a letter from a 13-year-old boy who read her work and put it into practice: "I put more effort into my schoolwork, into my relationship with my family, and into my relationship with kids at school. And I experienced great improvement in all of those areas. I now realize I've wasted most of my life." The same struggle that once told these kids to quit became the signal they were improving. Dweck's conclusion: "Let's not waste any more lives because once we know that abilities are capable of such growth, it becomes a basic human right for children, all children, to live in places that create that growth."

Pavel Durov on the choice that cost him his company and his country: Tucker Carlson raised a claim he'd heard: that Telegram is part of the Russian government. Durov's account of how he left Russia points the other way. The story starts around 2011 or 2012, when Durov was running VK, a social networking platform built around large public communities that anyone could join, read, comment on and share. "I was still a big believer in this values of free market freedoms, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly." Then the Russian opposition began using those communities to organise mass protests, with almost half a million people gathering in the main squares of cities. "We were requested to ban this communities on VK by the government and I refused." Durov is clear that this wasn't about picking a political side: "Back then, it wasn't about us siding with one part of the political fight or the other. It was us defending the freedom of speech and the freedom of assembly, which we believed was the right thing. But that didn't go too well with the government." Then it happened again in 2013. Protesters in Ukraine were using VK to organise and gather in the main square, and Moscow made a bigger demand: "We received a request slash demand from the Russian side saying, 'You have to give us the private data of the organizers of this protest.' And our response was, 'Wait a minute. This is a different country. We won't betray our Ukrainian users because you ask us to do that.'" That refusal forced the decision. By the end of the year, Durov was given two options: "One of which was I would start complying to whatever the leaders of the country told me to do. The other one was I could sell my stake in the company, retire, resign as the CEO and leave the country. I chose the latter." Carlson stopped him there: "You're saying you had to leave the country because you wouldn't bow to their demands." Durov's response to the Kremlin-link claims was blunt: "People who have very limited knowledge of where Telegram came from, they would make these claims."

Retired four-star Admiral William H. McRaven, former Commander of U.S. Special Operations Command, says the day’s most important task takes just two minutes: In 2014, McRaven shared lessons from Navy SEAL training in the commencement address to the University of Texas at Austin. The first one started in his barracks room: "Every morning in SEAL training, my instructors, who at the time were all Vietnam veterans, would show up in my barracks room and the first thing they'd do is inspect my bed." The standard was exact: "If you did it right, the corners would be square, the covers would be pulled tight, the pillow centered just under the headboard, and the extra blanket folded neatly at the foot of the rack." He admits it felt absurd: "It seemed a little ridiculous at the time, particularly in light of the fact that we were aspiring to be real warriors, tough, battle hardened SEALs." Then he explains why it worked: "If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task and another, and another. And by the end of the day, that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed."

Stanley Druckenmiller, legendary macro investor and head of Duquesne Family Office, has a warning for young people chasing portfolio manager roles: "I've seen it ruin people's lives who weren't built for trigger pulling." Asked what advice he’d give someone entering the investment business, Druckenmiller started with motive: "First of all, if they're going in it for the money, they should go elsewhere." Druckenmiller's reasoning is competitive. "There's too many people in the business like me that just love the game. And they're not going to be able to outwork the people that are passionate in the game. And it's not a fun game if you're losing. It's horrible." On career progression, he separates two roles most people treat as one ladder: "I would say an analyst skill set in our business is completely different than a portfolio manager skill set. Once in a while, you'll get an overlap." His advice to analysts who love the research: think hard before assuming promotion is mandatory. "I would be careful if they really love the analyst part, which is where we all start, of thinking they have to become a portfolio manager." The upside of either path, in his words: "I got in the business because I wanted intellectual stimulation, and you're going to get plenty in either one."

Fun fact: When a buyer asks ChatGPT about your brand BY NAME, your website gets cited 77.6% of the time. When a buyer asks "who is the best in this category," your site gets cited 2.2% of the time. Here is how to close that 14x gap. Oh, and if you want to see where your site stands across Google, ChatGPT, Claude and broader AI search, start here (it's free): rightcited.com According to Foundation Marketing and AirOps's April 2026 study of 57.2 million AI citations across 50 brands in 7 B2B verticals, branded queries generate 14x more citations for brand-owned websites than unbranded discovery queries. The brands that do appear in unbranded AI recommendations share a fairly consistent profile: deep expert content on their own site that establishes category authority, combined with editorial coverage from trusted industry publications that puts their brand name in front of the AI's retrieval system across multiple authoritative sources. Basically, when a buyer asks AI about your brand by name, the AI searches specifically for your website and your content, so of course it finds you. But then when a buyer asks "best CRM for mid-market companies" or "top cybersecurity platforms for healthcare," the AI is looking for the most authoritative, comprehensive answer it can assemble from every source in the category. Every industry has a different set of sources that AI draws from for these unbranded queries. The brands that close the 14x gap are the ones that show up across both their own site and the editorial sources AI trusts in their vertical. That takes two things working together - both of which SEO Stuff (seo-stuff.com) has been helping customers with all year. Expert content on your own website that demonstrates deep category authority: this is what gives AI platforms a reason to include your brand when it finds you. And editorial backlinks + mentions (authority) from trusted publications in your vertical: this is what puts your brand name across multiple authoritative sources so the AI encounters your brand repeatedly when searching for the best answer to a category query. Again, if you want to see how your brand performs on branded versus unbranded AI queries and where the 14x gap is in your category, start here (it's free): seo-stuff.com/free-audit The expert content is doing two things simultaneously. First, it creates a comprehensive resource that AI can cite directly when it finds the brand during category searches: the more sub-questions your content answers, the more entry points AI has to discover and recommend your brand. Second, it creates something that editorial publications want to cover and link to: original data, expert frameworks, and comprehensive buyer guides are what industry publications write about. Every editorial placement where a trusted publication mentions your brand and links to your site creates another source the AI can encounter during unbranded category queries. A brand that has been covered by 10 or 15 editorial publications in its vertical gives the AI multiple authoritative references to draw from. Reddit alone accounts for 20.8% of all external AI citations, but editorial publications, review sites, and industry sources collectively represent a massive portion of the citation landscape that brands can actively build presence on through expert content and earned editorial coverage. This is the system SEO Stuff (seo-stuff.com) was built around. The done-for-you package: seo-stuff.com/gold-plan-pack… Expert-attributed content backed by DR50+ backlinks: the content builds category authority on your site that AI cites directly, and the backlinks put your brand across the editorial sources AI draws from during unbranded discovery, closing the 14x gap The content package: seo-stuff.com/premium-conten… 60 pages of expert-attributed content covering every question buyers ask in your category: the content depth that gives AI a reason to cite your brand and gives editorial publications something worth covering The authority building package: seo-stuff.com/premium-backli… Editorial placements on trusted publications that put your brand name across the authoritative sources AI searches during unbranded category queries, turning your brand into a recommendation for buyers who have never heard of you And if you want to see where your site stands across Google, ChatGPT, Claude and broader AI search, start here (it's free): rightcited.com

SpaceX's Gwynne Shotwell on why reusable rockets matter, and why the airline industry is still the goal: Gwynne starts with the breakthrough that made everything else possible: "First of all, no one had ever landed a rocket before, right? That was the start and the key piece of the technology necessary to reuse rockets." She explains that before SpaceX, there was no fully reusable launch system. Rockets launch, and then the second stage either disintegrates in the atmosphere or the hardware gets dumped into the ocean. To show why that's a problem, she uses an analogy: "Imagine what air travel would be like if you took an airplane from San Francisco to New York and you had to toss the aircraft after that flight. Like life and society and the world would be so different if you couldn't reuse your aircraft." SpaceX applies the same logic to space: "You have to be able to reuse your rockets in order to facilitate human access to space, which I think is incredibly important." Getting there wasn't straightforward. The team tried many approaches first, including parachutes, which failed because "they rip off" as the rocket speeds through the atmosphere. The solution required what she calls "an extraordinary piece of technology": guidance, navigation and control, plus "crazy hypersonic retroactive propulsion." That first landed rocket was never flown again. "That one is sitting outside the front of our building in Hawthorne, California. You can drive by it and see it. In fact, it's kind of a neat monument." But it started SpaceX's ability to refly rockets. Gwynne is careful about how she describes where they are now: "I don't want to say perfected because we have not perfected. But we have operationalized the ability to land rockets, refurbish them, and refly them. Our goal is to be able to do that like an airplane." She's also candid about how far SpaceX still has to go. When someone asked about rocket efficiency, her answer was blunt: "We're not very efficient. We actually aspire to be as efficient as the airline industry. And that's probably horrifying to many of you in the audience because you probably don't think that the airline industry is particularly efficient, but it's way better than we are." Her takeaway is that a benchmark doesn't have to be perfect to be useful: "It's still a nice model to use, right?" The lesson is that SpaceX's most famous achievement, landing a rocket, was only the starting point. The real goal is turning a one-off feat into a routine operation, and measuring progress against an industry most people consider inefficient.
