$RTH.AX acquired at an eye-popping 93% premium, but it's still only ~2x ARR (which has compounded at 27% largely organically since FY22), a decent discount to the ~3x ARR $BET.AX was acquired at by Tabcorp. Speaking of Tabcorp, surely $RTH.AX is a better target than Foxtel!

@bowenhosking There is a lot of big projects also getting cancelled as well. Inland rail and the western Victoria electricity interconnect that come to mind. Federal and State budgets are under pressure which could yet play out in more delays or cuts.
