Would agree. At least the AI will help document the architecture and mermaid diagrams and what not :)

This blog is SO good at pointing out what should have been obvious about AI for coding (Copilot and others) These tools are good for re-creating whatever they’ve been trained on. They are not what will create the next, better generation of frameworks, libraries, technologies.

Claude 4 just refactored my entire codebase in one call. 25 tool invocations. 3,000+ new lines. 12 brand new files. It modularized everything. Broke up monoliths. Cleaned up spaghetti. None of it worked. But boy was it beautiful.

There was a time when I had some old twitter accounts, a burner. Nowadays I run @lilroboinc, building @cratenfc. I might re-vamp @karaokioapp from the grave... people still use cdg2mp4.com which I have deployed on a heroku free tier (I haven't updated in years).
